About me
Hi, I’m Angel
With a background in education (Bachelor) and psychology (MSc Psychology, Graduate Member of the BPS) and postgraduate course in counselling , I work with clients to explore emotions, overcome challenges, and reconnect with their values.
I integrate a range of approaches in my sessions including, mindfulness, and artistic life coaching because I believe healing is both evidence-based and deeply personal.
I’m also a registered member of ACCPH.
My goal is to hold space for your story and help you rewrite it, on your own terms.

What can I expect in a session?
Each session is a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges. We go at your pace — whether you want to talk things through, learn tools to manage emotions, or reconnect with yourself creatively.
Do you offer online sessions only?
Yes, all sessions are currently offered online via secure video call. This allows flexibility and comfort, no matter where you are.
What languages do you work in?
I offer sessions in English, and can also support clients in Greek.
How long is a session?
Standard sessions are 50 minutes. We can agree on a frequency that works best for you weekly, biweekly, or as needed.
How do I book a session?
